SREL was honored with an award for being the 2nd highest tax payer in the district of Seoni, Madhya Pradesh for the financial year 2008-09 from the Department of Commercial Tax, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Rashtriya Samman was conferred to Late Shri Puranlal Ramniwas Agrawal, founder of the Company, for being one of the highest taxpayers during the Assessment Years 1995-96 to 1999-2000 from the Central Board of Direct Taxes.
